Pat Lapekas
Pat Lapekas

built around each of the six Criteria categories will allow participants to gain a deeper understanding of the Baldrige Criteria and apply it for the first time in their organization.

Teams can best leverage this experience if they already have the beginnings of an organizational profile completed.

Three full-day workshops will be held in Madison on June 25, July 23 and August 21 to tackle the six categories of the Criteria. Each day of the workshop will feature two sessions: one category will be featured in the morning session and a second category will be featured in the afternoon session. The Criteria are highly integrated between the categories and to get the maximum impact from the workshop the same team of people should attend all sessions.
