S.T.A.G.E., Inc. is Hosting Auditions

Forbidden Broadway

Sunday May 31, 2015 at 4 pm

Krause House Theatre - 1300 Bulverde Road

Director Lou Garza and Musical Director Reñe Guzman will hold open auditions for the S.T.A.G.E., Inc. 2014-2015 season production of FORBIDDEN BROADWAY, A Musical Created & Written by Gerard Alessandrini. In this Tony award winning musical revue; Broadway's greatest musical legends meet Broadway's greatest satirist in this hilarious, loving, and endlessly entertaining tribute to some of the theatre's greatest stars and songwriters.

3 men and 3 women performers are needed for singing take-offs of various Broadway show tunes.

Please bring a prepared piece (preferably a Broadway show tune), with CD of music or sheet music. Accompaniment will be available for those bringing sheet music.

Scheduled show dates are July 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, 26, 30, 31, Aug 1, 2

2nd Annual Bulverde

The Bulverde Community Park Association along with the Friends of the Park are gearing up for the Second Annual "Bulverde Fun Fest" (BFF) to be held on Saturday, June 13th, 2015 at the Bulverde Community Park on Bulverde Lane.

Approximately 600 guests joined us last year to kick off the First Annual Bulverde Fun Fest and celebrate the Grand Opening of the park and we anticipate a similar crowd this year as well. To ensure success in 2015, we are asking for your support through sponsorships which are available from $250 to $1,500.

We hope you can help us attain our goal of $20,000 this year. Net profits will be used to help purchase additional shade structures in the park and provide support for community activities in the park such as:

Movie Night in the Park (2nd Friday of the month - April to August) - Music in the Park - Community Festivals in the Park
