Our latest Edition of Contract Insight Enterprise offers a new "Document Preview" feature which allows authorized users to preview attached documents from major search screens. This eliminates the need to check-out or download attachments in order to view them. This new feature also works well in tandem with Contract Insight's full-text searching functionality. The results of those full-text searches will also show the preview button, allowing you to easily find relevant terms within the preview screen. CobbleStone has also introduced enhanced task management features, advanced document authoring options and streamlined eSignature processing. Tip: Looking for an easier way to attach files to a contract record? Use Contract Insight's drag-and-drop feature to quickly attach multiple supporting documents.

Tip: Do you have scanned image PDFs your users would like to full-text search on?

Contract Insight Enterprise's inline OCR tool will scan and upload a new text-based PDF for searching.

Tip: Want to know what documents are attached to a record from the search results screen? Contract Insight's document drop-down will show you all attached files on specific contract records.

ADD-ON MODULE SPOTLIGHT

The Purchase Order Management Module allows your authorized users to create purchase order records for specific contracts (or standalone POs) with searchable header information and calculated line-item details. CobbleStone's PO Management Module includes configurable workflow, branded PO templates, budget management and receivables tracking.

POs can be associated with multiple contracts (and vice versa) and the PO record itself will have a two way link directly to associated contract records. POs are fully-reportable and easily distributed.
