This was a very unique tenant improvement project. Instead of the typical layout of offices and floor plans, the design and philosophy of Galvanize is to accommodate individual, new companies that occupy the same space but don't necessarily work together. They share common areas - kitchen, reception, rooftop, but work independently of one another.

The challenges with this type of incubation space is that the floor plan, as well as the electrical plan, needs to be very flexible in order to accommodate the multitude of people. Cannon worked closely with the architect and the client to come up with innovative solutions that resulted in a creative, open space conducive to collaboration and learning.
