Cannon has recently completed the construction of a mixed-use, transit-oriented development consisting of 130 units of family housing and 70 units of senior housing and daycare facilities. Amenities include a library, community center, outdoor fireplace, 2 1/2 levels of underground parking and community-serving commercial, retail and office space.
Project complexities include coordination with major infrastructure re-routing, contaminated soil remediation, LEED Gold, coordination with multiple lending sources including HUD financing, public art and a complete solar thermal system.
