Dearest Friends, Assalamu Alaikum (peace be upon you),

Can you believe Ramadan is HALFWAY over?  It's amazing how quickly this month flies by - before you know it, Eid will be here.  It has been an equally busy month for us at CAIR-AZ, as we are working around the clock - standing up for the rights of the community, and fighting back against bigotry.  Ramadan is one of the rare times we reach out to the community for financial support - in order to reach our fiscal goals.  Going into the month, we set a goal of $50,000 to ensure that we can expand upon our programs that have been successful thus far. So far, we're halfway there - at just over $25,000 pledged and donated.

Help CAIR-AZ become a strong, model institution for years to come.  In a time where the civil rights of Muslim-Americans are being compromised on a daily basis, and with the looming threat of Islamophobia - we need an organization that will be able to provide legal, media, and leadership expertise to our growing community.

This only comes through the immense generosity of our donors and support base.  We are funded locally, so it is vital to keep our programs running long into the future.

Our goal this month is to raise $50,000.

Your tax-deductable, zakat-eligible donation will provide this growing chapter with the much-needed monthly funds that we need to operate these vital programs.  A one-time donation of $5000, $1000, $100 - or even $5 a month will truly be helpful toward achieving that goal.
