Good Morning, E-mails, voice mails, texts, tweets etc. We are barraged with them every day. Many of us send them just as rapidly and often. Someone says "good morning" and we say "good morning" back. We say how are you. Hopefully they say "fine or good" because we never really hear them as we say "that's good" quickly move on. We are busy, busy busy! When was the last time we really listened to what the other person was saying? Not only the words but the body language and facial expressions. When was the last time we provided feedback in a way they knew we really understood what they were saying. Communication is a two way street. Someone needs to speak and another needs to, not only listen but, truly understand.
