What makes one person successful and another not?  The key is preparation.  Opportunities are all around us yet so few take advantage of them.

Preparation comes in many forms such as a mindset, an attitude, discipline, planning and training.  Typically, those who succeed want to succeed and are willing to work to make it happen.  The others think about success but are not willing to make the commitment.

In school, opportunity was receiving an A on the exam. Preparation was studying well to make sure we were prepared.  In business and life, opportunity is that goal or dream we wish for.  Preparation is doing what it takes to be ready when the opportunity presents itself.
