Vienna Lager

The original amber lager developed by Anton Dreher shortly after the isolation of lager yeast in the mid 19th century. Characterized by soft, elegant maltiness that dries out in the finish to avoid becoming overly sweet. Pleasant bitter finish. Cold-aged for 10 weeks. German Pilsner and Munich malts, 5.9% ABV; OG 1054; color 6; IBU 23.

Regular tap room hours:

Wednesdays: 5 to 9 p.m.
Thursdays: 5 to 9 p.m. 
Fridays: 5 to 11 p.m.
Saturdays: noon to 11 p.m.

Open for growler sales only from 9 to 5 p.m. Dec. 22-24. 

Closed Wednesday Dec. 24 and Thursday Dec. 25. 

Open until midnight on Wednesday Dec. 31.
