NCSEJ and Druzya DC Hold Young Leadership Event at the Woodrow Wilson Center 

WASHINGTON, D.C. April, 15, 2015

  

On Tuesday, April 14, NCSEJ held a young Jewish leadership event in cooperation with Druzya DC, a local group of young Russian-speaking Jewish Americans, who joined NCSEJ at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.

 

 

 

The event featured Director of the Kennan Institute Dr. Matthew Rojansky, who spoke about the situation in Russia, U.S.-Russia relations, and the implications of the Ukraine crisis on the Eurasia region.


NCSEJ Executive Director Mark Levin spoke about the situation in the Jewish communities in Ukraine and Russia, about Iran, and other issues of importance to the Jewish community. 

 

 

  

 






 
The event was a part of the NCSEJ Young Leadership Program to engage young Jews from the Russian-speaking ?migr? community, both in the Washington area and across the country, as part of NCSEJ's commitment to building and sustaining the next generation of Jewish leaders.
