Awesome news! PG&E is concerned about weather issues and won't be turning the power off this Wednesday evening after all!  In fact, not until sometime in January! Yahoo!

Due to a re-configuring of seating at Sals, and because of increased State Fire Marshall scrutiny, we will be enforcing a no standing zone in the theatre.  All the space in front of the risers, from the door to the environmental area is a no stand zone.  If you want to stand and watch the show, you can stand in front of the Can-Can environmental area, or in front of the Mad Sals parlor area.  Both areas are to the sides of the audience, and will minimally impact viewing areas.  In addition, there will be costumed Stage Management staff tasked to keep this area clear.  Please be respectful and follow their instructions.
 

In a related note, stage manager Kelly Lehane also reminds us not to take seats away from patrons, especially crowded shows, like the end of the day at Sal's. 
 

It's also be worth noting that you're welcome to take seats at shows that aren't crowded to encourage more patrons to check out those stages.
