Council approves PID Bonds for Entrada; Firemen are back home in Westlake!
COUNCIL APPROVES $26 MILLION IN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT BONDS FOR ENTRADA!

 The Town of Westlake reached a major milestone this week at a Town Council meeting that paved the way for the construction of Entrada, our first mixed use development! 

Yesterday, Town Council unanimously approved the issuance of $26 million in Public Improvement District (PID) bonds, which will fund the majority of Entrada’s infrastructure construction. For more information, click here to read the press release issued yesterday.
WESTLAKE FIRE STATION UPDATE

The demo of the previous living facilities for the fire department was completed Thursday, allowing fire fighters to return back to the Westlake Fire Station.

They will be housed out of this travel trailer for the next few months while waiting for a more suitable option. For for more information about funding approved by council for this project, click here.
