Nasdaq has delivered trading technology to ISX since 2007.

The X-stream Trading upgrade provides ISX with a widely deployed high-end, multi-asset trading platform that complies with international standards. The new technology provides ISX with improved performance and up to ten-fold the amount of the capacity.

[Amadden] I am sure some of you may have seen this before, but I have always kept it and shed a tear every time I read it.

My lead flight attendant came to me and said, "We have an H.R. on this flight." (H.R. stands for human remains.) "Are they military?" I asked. 'Yes', she said. 'Is there an escort?' I asked. 'Yes, I've already assigned him a seat'. 'Would you please tell him to come to the Flight Deck. You can board him early," I said...

A short while later a young army sergeant entered the flight deck. He was the image of the perfectly dressed soldier. He introduced himself and I asked him about his soldier.

The escorts of these fallen soldiers talk about them as if they are still alive and still with us. 'My soldier is on his way back to Virginia ,' he said. He proceeded to answer my questions, but offered no words. I asked him if there was anything I could do for him and he said no.

Aggiedad77: It seems that a number of us are scratching our heads over this article and what we are not seeing from it....a rate.

I'm not going to profess that I have the answers here today.....but I want to remind everyone that even while this article was picked up by one of the largest news agencies in the world, Reuters, there can still be issues with the topic at hand.

We all know that Iraq is notorious for feeding information to their people and the world via the news agencies that isn't entirely accurate at the time it is published.

walkingstick � In Two Separate Cases, Veterans Perform Random Acts of Kindness at Store

A convenience store in Swansea, Illinois, was the scene of not one but two random acts of kindness by anonymous veterans.

Tim Lillis, the manager of Huck's Convenience Store, said it all started yesterday when a Navy veteran was purchasing a cup of coffee as a group of 15 to 20 soldiers lined up behind him to pay for their items.

The man bought his coffee then moved to the side and asked the cashier to add whatever the soldiers bought to his tab. The final bill came to $69.88 in hot dogs, drinks, nuts and snack foods, according to Lillis.

Lillis said he asked the man to pose for a picture but he politely declined, saying "it was just something I wanted to do," before turning and leaving the store.

"I think he should get a medal," Lillis told ABC News. "It was an awesome thing."

THE MAIN DIFFERENCE IS KUWAIT HAD A FUNCTIONAL GOI AT THE END OF THEIR WAR AND ONLY TOOK 3 YEARS TO GET BACK RUNNING WITH THEIR NEW RATE, WHERE IRAQ HAS BUILT A COMPLETE NEW GOI AND ARE STILL TRYING TO GET IT RUNNING.

I AM SURE THEY KNOW THE RATE RANGE BUT THEY WILL NEVER SHARE WITH ANYONE TILL THE RELEASE.

Shortly after I arrived in Washington, D.C., last year as my country's new envoy to the United States, I visited Arlington National Cemetery. I felt honor-bound to pay tribute to the American servicemen and women who made the ultimate sacrifice to rid my country of Saddam Hussein's tyranny and to resist transnational terrorism.

For nine years, American and Iraqi soldiers fought alongside each other, bled together, died together, and wept together to mourn fallen comrades.

Now, once again, Iraqis are seeing American service members helping us - this time, not as combat troops but as military advisers to help us defeat the terrorists of the so-called Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).

[Jester] Very big news on the banking front, the Federal Reserve is now apparently allowing Chinese banks to take stakes in U.S. banks. North of our border, Canada is contemplating becoming one of the many, recent, "renminbi hubs".

[Jester] I THINK THE FEDERAL RESERVE MAY BE ALLOWING IT BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT IN CHARGE ANY MORE... HAHAHAHAH
