WHAT'S NEW IN WELLNESS

Stress Free Sage College of Albany now has a Stress Free Room available to students to take time-out from their hectic lives. The room is located in the Wellness Center in the lower level of the Kahl Campus Center (KCC) and is open from 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. Students can sign up for 30 minute time slots by stopping by the Wellness Center. The Stress Free Room is considered a cell free zone, so we will ask you to leave your phone when you pick up the key. It is also a room to be used individually. No groups allowed. There is a comfortable chair, soft lighting and table top waterfall, creating a safe and calm space for students to center themselves and relax both mentally and physically.
