Many of the higher-ups and "powers that be" are still sequestered in anticipation of an upcoming exchange.

The Paymaster for the Admiral Group did in-fact receive funds but there continues to be a restriction placed on the money. The belief or assumption is that the Paymasters for the four major private buyers will be scheduled to distribute funds at the same time.

For what it's worth, the amount of money transferred to the Central and local banks have been staggering, as you can well imagine.

With regards to your dinar transaction, please heed the following warning: Some people in the Cherokee (Indian Nation) Group were discovered to disclose the IQD details of sale on Facebook and were subsequently removed from the deal.

So, as a reminder to you all, No Public Disclosure Will Be Tolerated. Evidently the due-diligence by various officials will include Facebook, E-mail, Twitter, et al, checks.

Therefore, anyone who has been discovered to have made any public disclosure will be removed from the transaction.

We certainly don't want that to happen.

By all accounts the end of February appears to be the month with a window period of any day now until the end of the month...provided politics doesn't get in the way and mess things up as they've been infamously known to do.

There's reason to be optimistic...getting closer.

Millionday: An Iraqi and Kurdish military force of 20,000 - 25,000 troops is being prepared to recapture the city of Mosul from Islamic State fighters this spring.

The city was captured by militants last June, and is the largest city in the self-declared caliphate.

US Central Command said on Thursday that at the time of this assault, planned for April or May, it will support these troops with airstrikes on enemy positions near Mosul.

The city, which has a population of over 1 million, is currently being held by an estimated 1,000 - 2,000 fighters belonging to the Islamic State (IS, also known as ISIS or ISIL).

From LL: I've been in this investment for 5 years . I've never been able to get on the calls because I'm always at work. I live in a small town in Alabama. I bank with Wells Fargo and I've been calling them over the past few years about the upcoming RV.

I've even tried to get appointments with wealth managers, but they always told me that it was a scam and would never return my calls if I left a message.

At 2:21 p.m. central time today I received a call from a wealth manager at my local Wells Fargo. He asked me if I was still interested in talking with them about wealth management.

I told him that I was, but they had always given me the run-around, so I had stop trying to reach out to them on this subject even though I do have accounts with them.

[Baghdad-where] Announced the parliamentary finance committee member Masood Haider, Friday, for the central bank kept the deletion of zeros from the Iraqi currency.

Said Haider told all of Iraq [where], "it was a lot of studies on the subject of deletion of zeros from the currency," adding that "the Central Bank has reservations about this thread a little bit, and we did not Nstda central bank director was not met, done to discuss this matter, as well as other officials in the bank. "

He added that "the process of deleting the zeros need to be in-depth study, because they greatly affect the Iraqi currency and the price of the Iraqi market and on the Iraqi economy in general."

Haider said that "the cost associated with the process of removing the zeros and the type of currency that can be printed and displayed in the market and the process of withdrawal, all the things you need to take some time."

Member of the parliamentary Finance: Central Bank qualify the deletion of zeros from currency

The Finance Committee appears to still think the time is ripe for deletion of the 000's....however the CBI supposedly still has some reservations about timing.....no doubt there would be a cost involved in the process but even back in 2012 the CBI claimed then they were ready for it to happen....obviously it didn't....so why the reservations today.....they merely say "the time is not right"......time will tell I guess as we look into next week.
....

It will stay as a program rate by the IMF/UN until the new rate is give along with the invitation to enter the international world.
