Did you know?

Through HEALTHeNET, we have enabled the ability to query a patient's current HEALTHeLINK consent status, either through an eligibility and benefits transactions, or a patient consent only transaction. Once consent status has been found, a user can print a patient specific consent form, and manage the patients consent status if needed.

4th long term care data source connected

Heritage Ministries in Jamestown has joined HEALTHeLINK as a data source supplying clinical information securely and electronically to the HIE. With authorized patient consent, treating physicians can now access admission, discharge and transfer notices from Heritage Ministries to improve transitions of care. Continue reading
1 million reached!
Thank you to the participating physicians and medical staff who regularly access the HIE - we reached 1 million patient queries in 2014! If you're keeping track, it took six years to reach our first million, but only 12 months to reach the second million. 
HEALTHeLINK joins national consortium
Approximately 20 HIEs nationally, including HEALTHeLINK have formed a national consortium called the Strategic Health Information Exchange Collaborative (SHIEC). SHIEC aims to assist and advance member HIEs through the exchange of ideas and business improvements as well as through public education and advocacy. HEALTHeLINK's Executive Director Dan Porreca serves as the vice-chair of the group. Continue reading
