Alexander Kristen is the new chef at The Ring Hotel's restaurant "at eight." The Vienna native, formerly sous chef of Le Ciel at the Grand Hotel Wien, will introduce the restaurant's new menu on April 1.

On the Road
Our hats are off to Jeannie Schwab, who has been accepted for membership in the prestigious travel organization PROST. Jeannie will be intro-
duced at the Los Angeles chapter this Friday, March 27.
This past week saw the Schwab family accompany chefs from the Due Torri Hotel in Verona and the Table Bay Hotel in Cape Town to Key Largo, Florida, for the Ocean Reef Club's annual Food & Wine Festival.
