Healthy Monday Fall Programs begin today!
We are gearing up for a healthy semester and want you to have one too. Here is the rundown of our fall programs. As always, connect with us on social media for any program changes and the most up-to-date schedules.
Meatless Monday: Savor all the delicious options at SU. Every dining center and campus cafe offers healthy, meatless options every day of the week. Join us this fall to sample some of these options with Healthy Monday and Food Services' Try Me program. Or, visit a participating cafe to pick up your Meatless Monday rewards card and get rewarded for eating healthy.
Move it Monday: Get fit with a fitness class at Archbold every Monday and Friday this semester (valid SU ID required), beginning September 14th and walk the Monday Mile any day, any time on north and south campuses. Stay tuned, we will also have more info soon on our Walktober program!
Mindful Monday: It is never too soon to find healthy ways to manage the stress that college brings. We are partnered with Hendricks Chapel to offer a meditation every Monday at noon in the small chapel. No prior meditation experience is needed, wear comfortable clothes and prepare for some relaxation.
Free Fruit: Stop by Archbold, Marshall Square Mall or Ernie Davis Fitness Centers on Monday and grab a healthy snack before or after your workout (Valid SU ID required). Upstate folks can enjoy fruit too at the CAB on Mondays. If you visit SU Health Services or People's Place coffee shop you can also grab a piece of healthy fruit. That's right, free fruit every Monday this semester. Yum!
