Pentecost Celebration on Sunday, May 24th!

There are three major festivals in the Christian Church calendar. Christmas, Easter, and _______________?

That's right, Pentecost! When the Holy Spirit, promised by Jesus, comes to his followers after he ascends to the heavens, and the same Holy Spirit continues to come to us today. The Holy Spirit immerses us and he is in us as we trust in Jesus and join in his Kingdom work.

We will celebrate with one worship service at 10 a.m. This will be followed with a potluck lunch for all!

There will be hot dogs, condiments, drinks and paper products supplied.  Bring a salad, side, other main course or dessert.

Don't miss out on our family Pentecost celebration May 24th!

Evening of Prayer  for Our Police
and for Our Community

As most of you know, there is a group of pastors and other church leaders who pray together at LIFEhouse every Thursday from 9-10 a.m. We call the group Neighborhood Initiative and our mission is:

the WHOLE CHURCH taking the WHOLE GOSPEL to the WHOLE CITY.

We are excited to announce a special evening of prayer,
Tuesday, May 26th, from 7-8:30 p.m.,
in partnership with the Los Angeles Police Department.

AN EVENING OF PRAYER
Praying for Our Police, Praying for Our Community

All LIFEhouse folks are invited to join their brothers and sisters in Christ as we meet for prayer, singing, and fellowship.

The location will be:

The Garden Christian Fellowship
20745 Nordhoff St.
Chatsworth, CA 91311

This is an opportune time to come and join us for an evening of prayer for our local law enforcement and prayer for our Valley community.

Any questions? Ask LAPD...Los Angeles Pastor Dana!
