This course will show you how to improve the academic achievement of at risk learners in the learning environment by teaching you the seven factors that disable disadvantage learners when compared to their peers. You will learn solutions through positive classroom climate, teaching sustainable content, and producing excitement from learners who are at risk of failing. You will be able to develop student engagement strategies that are tied to socioeconomic status and you will also learn how to build your student's capacity to think and focus along with process and recall of content.
