Are you looking for artwork that goes beyond the traditional landscape or still-life?  Well, you are in luck because FRESH is back!

Summit Artspace Gallery asked for Akron's brightest creative talent to submit contemporary art for the 11th annual FRESH exhibition. Over 250 works of art were submitted but fewer than 50 exceptional pieces were selected.

FRESH is a unique snapshot of what's happening in the Northeast Ohio contemporary art community from the perspective of juror Liz Maugans, executive director of Zygote Press and founder of the Collective Arts Network Journal. Winners of this juried show will receive a share of $1,000 in cash prizes sponsored by the Summa Foundation. Winners will be revealed during the opening reception on May 15.
