On this free call, we will share with you the practice of Transforming Prejudice, a solo practice that is a part of the program. Instead of criticizing or blaming ourselves for having prejudices, we will learn how to turn with curiosity and empathy towards those places inside of us so we can gain the awareness needed to transform them and move forward to being of service to life in the ways we truly want to be.
