An Order calling a Bond election to be held by New Braunfels ISD on November 3, 2015; making provisions for the conduct of a joint election; and resolving other matters incident and related to such election. The Proposition includes the issuance of up to $62,800,000 of NBISD building bonds for the purposes of acquiring, designing, renovating, constructing and equipping school facilities and the purchase of necessary sites for school facilities, and the levying of a tax in payment thereof.

Facility Usage Agreement to lease classroom space at NBHS to Howard Payne University from June 1, 2015 to May 31, 2016, for college courses including Dual Credit Courses.

Real Estate Contract and Resolution for purchase of property within the Veramedi Subdivision for a future elementary school site for up to $850,000 to include the cost of $1 per square foot of the 15.1-acre site and additional funds for associated fees.

Option 3 Agreement for the Purchase of Attendance Credit from the Texas Education Agency. NBISD continued to have Chapter 41 status for the 2015-2016 school.  NBISD is not currently subject to recapture, but is required annually to select an option to equalize wealth.

Appointment of Joe Hassmann as the delegate to represent NBISD at the 2015 Texas Association of School Boards Delegate Assembly. Rigo Montero was also appointed as the alternate delegate.
