Dr. Rich: ....Folks - did you know on April 27th, the CBI gave us a rate as an RI ? Dr. Salah said the 50 dinar note was valued at $43.00 or .86 cents USD. That means your 2 25K noters equal to the fake 50K note is worth $43,000. in Iraq. Also a lady in iraq sent a message on facebook to a person on the Big CC, and said in her area the rate was $100. USD is the same as 133 dinar or .75 cents USD. So, this is huge and we must be very close.

ALL THE FACTORS SURROUNDING THIS SEQUENCE OF EVENTS ARE FORCES WHICH ALL OF US CAN UNDERSTAND, BUT IF ONLY WE HAD ACCURATE INFORMATION AS TO WHAT IS HAPPENING AND WHY...AHHH LIFE WOULD BE SO MUCH SIMPLER.

tomsrunners : So if you buy a pack of cigarettes for $5. Hand the merchant a 50 dinar note (worth 43 us) the citizen gets screwed out of $37 dinar....IMO...Impossible. The'll either come out with lower denoms or use the us dollar for change, which under article 8 the are prohibited......Makes absolutely no sense.....imo

National Reform: Parliament hosts Zebari, on the lifting of customs tariffs
It would appear that Parliament is wanting Finance Minister Zebari to come to Parliament and talk about the customs tariff and bring them up to date on where things stand with it....One after another provincial government is voting down participation in the effort to collect these tariffs at this time....there will be more news on this later in the summaries I've already seen.

GOV OF CBI ANNOUNCED THE COMPLETION OF THE FINAL TOUCHES TO ISSUE A NEW 50 NOTE
AND THEY SAID THAT WILL REDUCE THE VOLUME OF CASH IN CIRCULATION.
FAMILY:
IMO THE RATE WILL CHANGE THIS WEEK OR NEXT WEEK THE MOST BEFORE THEY ISSUE THE NEW NOTE
AND IT LOOKS THE RATE WILL BE AROUND 1.16-1.19 DINAR PER DOLLAR ( .85-.86)....
