Timed Access on Supra Lockboxes
Please be aware that all Supra lockboxes are set by default to allow timed access to a property between the hours of 9am and 10pm. If you are the listing agent, you may change those hours by bringing the lockbox to our office and we will reprogram it for you.

MFRMLS Tech Help at our Office on May 19th
Chris Lumia, our member advocate from My Florida Regional MLS, will conduct office hours at our Association on May 19th from 12:30pm to 3:00pm. These office hours will give members the opportunity for 20-30 minute appointments to discuss specific questions, ideas or strategies. MFRMLS Billing
You should have received billing details from MFRMLS regarding your annual MLS dues. The deadline to pay your MLS dues without penalty is May 18, 2015 by 5pm (ET).
If payment is made after the deadline, a $50 late fee will be applied to your invoice.
**Please note that if you would like to pay with a credit card, you must pay through MFRMLS directly. Our Association cannot accept credit card payments, only check or cash.

Verify your CE credits online with DBPR
Do you know how to view your Continuing Education Credits online? To learn how, click here.
It is very important that you keep all your continuing education letters to validate your coursework. These letters will tell you the course names and how many credits you received. If the credits did not get transmitted to DBPR, you will be able to use them to verify your attendance.

The Opening Ceremony brings everyone together for a high-energy event kickoff to celebrate the lives of those who have battled cancer, to inspire hope by sharing recent accomplishments and progress, and to remind everyone that while we are winning this battle, fighting cancer is a year-round priority. During the Survivors Lap, upbeat music plays as all cancer survivors at the event take the first lap around the track cheered on by the other participants who line the track, celebrating their victory over cancer.

Listing contracts are most certainly an important part of REALTOR® day to day activities. This course is perfect for outlining the various types of listing agreements and the duties of each, identifying the protected classes under the Fair Housing Act, and understanding details about fees. REALTORS® will also learn how to best answer seller questions regarding their proceeds and expenses.

The Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte-North Port Association of REALTORS® will be offering the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) 100 Series for sales associates seeking 45 hour post-licensing, 14 hour license renewal, and to those interested in attaining their GRI designation. All students must complete the GRI 200 and GRI 300 series in order to earn the GRI designation.
