About the Guest Speaker

Linda Sasser is the founder and CEO of Impacting Leaders, a firm focused on helping companies achieve their goals by growing and developing leaders at every level.

Prior to founding Impacting Leaders, Linda Sasser was responsible for stewarding and growing the John Maxwell business brand. Linda credits much of her leadership development experience to her 20 years in the staffing industry, first as the franchisee of five Express Employment Professionals locations in and around Austin, Texas, and then as the vice president of sales and marketing at the company’s corporate headquarters.

Linda’s leadership expertise reflects her experiences as a small business owner and a corporate executive. She believes the leadership is not a technique, position, or title, but rather who you are, and that it is the responsibility of current leaders to coach and develop each new generation.

In addition to serving as the CEO of Impacting Leaders, Linda also serves as the president of Impact Performance Group, a Griffin-based family of companies that includes Impact Outsourcing Solutions, four area Express Employment Professionals locations, Impact Workforce Technology, and Impacting Leaders. Spring Awards Luncheon

Join us for the Annual Spring Awards Luncheon on Tuesday, March 31st at the Griffin Welcome Center! We will have a guest speaker, yummy food catered by Shane's Rib Shack and award presentations to the Boss of the Year & Jean Gatlin Employee of the Year!  Cost to attend is $15.00 and includes lunch.

Presentation by Linda Sasser, CEO of Impacting Leaders

How to Be a Real “Best Place to Work”

What would you do differently if the employees you have today are all the employees you’ll ever have? Would you work harder to keep them? Would you treat them differently? It is once again an employees’ market, and it is time employers take another hard look at how they work to attract and keep good people.

Despite popular beliefs, being an employer that people want to work for isn’t all about the perks and the pay, and you don’t have to be ranked on a list to become a Best Place to Work. Every employer can create an environment where people have the freedom to do their best work and feel appreciated for it. This presentation will include actionable steps every leader can take to immediately begin improving their work environment and increasing their employees’ satisfaction.

Followed by Award Presentation to:

Boss of the Year
&
Jean Gatlin Employee of the Year
