Application Deadlines Set for 2015 Wisconsin Forward Award
Key dates have been set for organizations applying for the 2015 Wisconsin Forward Award.
Intent-to-Apply materials for the 2015 Wisconsin Forward Award must be postmarked by November 15, 2014 for the winter cycle, and by May 15, 2014 for the summer cycle.
WFA Applications must be received or consigned for delivery by January 30, 2015 for the winter cycle, and by July 30, 2015 for the summer cycle. Note: Winter cycle applicants should respond to the 2013-14 Criteria. Summer cycle applicants will respond to the 2015-16 Criteria which will be available in late 2014.

Call for Examiners
The Wisconsin Forward Award evaluation process is carried out by our Board of Examiners. Board members are volunteer experts from business, government, education and other disciplines across Wisconsin who are experienced in performance management and quality assessment processes. 2015 training dates and application materials can be found here.
The deadline for applying to the Board of Examiners is November 30th, 2014 for the winter cycle, and May 30, 2015 for the summer cycle.
