We have started a February Re-Resolution Challenge to help you stay focused on all of these goals!  

 

Use the weekly tracking sheet to stay organized, consistency will help you lose weight, the more time you spend at the gym the less you spend out and about, the more you work out your heart and muscles the stronger you feel and the more you can enjoy life to the fullest, and working out, eating well, and de-stressing will keep you staying fit and healthy. Reach these top 5 resolutions!

High Intensity Interval Trainings. Small Group Team Trainings for as low as $12.50/half hour.Ask the front desk for more details.
