Many parents were under the impression that because a credit card was required to open your parent portal account, that their bill is automatically paid.  This is not the case.

We do not automatically bill your account, and neither does the system.  Think of registration like online shopping.  As you picked your classes, the charges for each go to a "shopping cart".  But, if you didn't select the PAYMENTS tab, and indicate which charges you wanted to pay for, you never "checked out".

While the large majority of families did successfully authorize payments for registration fees and classes, there are still many of you that haven't.

We would ask that everyone please find time this weekend to log in to the parent portal and check the following:

- that your classes are all correct, (and that you make any additions so        we can prepare rosters for the instructors)

 - and that your required fees have been paid.
