Sherlock Holmes, the most portrayed literary character of all time, is alive and well in the 21st century! Why is Sherlock Holmes so popular? Our guest speaker from the NH Humanities Council, Ann McClellan, explores the origins of the famous detective and tracks his incarnations in literature, film, advertising, and modern media.

Halloween Costume Swap

For children up through 4th grade, bring a clean costume in good condition to trade.

Pumpkin Decorating Contest

Vote for your favorite pumpkin, decorated as a book character.

Open Mic Night
Friday, October 24 at 7 p.m.

Jump Start Your Own Business
October 28 at 6:30 p.m.
Have a great idea, but not sure where to start? Robin McCune, owner of Jump! Snacks, LLC., will share how she got her local, home-based business off the ground. MaryAnn Manoogian from the Center for Women's Business Advancement at SNHU will be here to tell us how the CWBA can assist in starting a business. Samples of Jump! Snacks will be served.
