Cochran's Op-ed Published Statewide
Last week, LCUL submitted a 'Letter to the Editor' on behalf of Anne Cochran, League President/CEO. The op-ed, distributed to media outlets statewide, focuses on credit unions reaching out to millennials with consumer-friendly benefits and services.
To date, Cochran's op-ed has been published in The Daily Comet and in the Bossier-Press Tribune's BIZ Magazine. It is scheduled to run in this Friday's edition of New Orleans CityBusiness, as well as the business section of American Press next Tuesday as an original column. A number of other outlets have expressed solid interest in running it within the next two weeks. We will continue monitoring coverage and provide you with a comprehensive update at the end of the week.
We encourage credit unions to share the letter at chapter meetings and with your staff. Should you have any questions, please contact Lacey Hyer, VP of Communications & Public Relations at lhyer@lcul.com.
