I just completed a two day coaching session with an amazingly gifted Sales Leader who did many things well, including ending meetings at exactly the right moment...which is just before the client was prepared to end them! It's no wonder he had such an easy time setting up two days filled with appointments and productive interactions.

 

Learn to control the end of meetings. This practices establishes the value you place on your own time. It reduces the chances you'll screw things up. Most importantly, it produces the confidence in your clients you will not waste their time when scheduling future meetings.

 

Sales beggars inherently feel they should continue the meeting when things are going well. Leaders leave!
