Placer County and CA-TT presents a FREE contracting seminar for local contractors. Did you know that if your clients are Placer County homeowners or commercial property owners, the County may provide financing for their energy efficiency or renewable energy project, with no upfront costs, therefore increasing the scope of your work? Through this unique program, the money is repaid on their property tax bill.
