Bishop Roger Ames Visits St. Augustine's
Bringing news from the ADGL & a word from God

Bishop Roger and his wife, Gretsie, will be with us at St. Augustine's this Sunday. Bishop will deliver the sermon and celebrate the Eucharist, During Communion, Gretsie will play piano music she has composed.  The Ameses are a couple of deep faith and commitment to Kingdom Work.  They will inspire you and encourage you in your Christian journey. Please join us at 10:00am for worship and for coffee and refreshments after the service.
The visiting team from St. Augustine's made its way to Worthington Christian Village last Sunday, chit-chatting with the residents of the 6th floor. Two St. Auggie's members joined us for the first time, strengthening a mission close to the hearts of a church that believes we are changed by God to make a difference for God.

With the Holy Spirit at work, last year, the Buehlers were led to begin supporting Young Life, an organization designed to meet teenagers where they are and introduce them to Jesus Christ.  St. Augustine's is exploring ways we might support this mission in the year ahead.

See Beth or Peggy if you are interested in participating in the new flower ministry at St. Augustine's. Last week, the altar flowers were given to 99-year-old Rosie at Worthington Christian Village.
