Youth Choir Benefit Concert
May 3 at 7 p.m. at UPC
|
The UPC Youth Choir and the University United Methodist Church Youth Choir are joining together to perform a Benefit Concert in support of TABLE, a local nonprofit organization whose mission is to feed local hungry children. An offering will be taken at the concert and all proceeds will go to TABLE. Plan to come out and support our Youth Choir in their mission to make a positive difference in our community.
The concert music will highlight the talents of both choirs with selections from Cotton Patch Gospel by Harry Chapin, compositions by Mark Miller, Seth Houston, Peter C. Lutkin and our own Grace Gollmar, a UPC member and senior at Chapel Hill High School. There will be congregational singing, a guest speaker from TABLE, Ashton Tippins. Instrumentalists from UPC and UUMC will accompany the choirs and soloists.
Everyone is invited to come support our youth!
