AN URGENT REQUEST

from Claudette Bruck, FLCCIM Legislative Chair

Contact your Senator TODAY and support Amendment 706802 and passage of SB 736, which will cap the fee for an estoppel certificate at $150, and allows a charge of an additional $200 if the seller is delinquent in their assessments.

This issue is headed to becoming law and the current version about to be passed provides for a cap of $250, and allows for an additional $200 fee if a seller is delinquent in their assessments.
