A New Look at Trauma
With Pat and Mike

Here is an article that Pate O'Rourke and Mike Hamm wrote largely derived from the class Pat teaches on working with trauma in the context of massage.  Pat found it to be misunderstood and wanted to help clients get more of what they need from bodywork. Also she wanted to help practitioners understand how to best care for themselves in the context of traumatized clients.  Case studies for the interested individual.  Browse the Information and references at the end of the article for further study

Foodie Alert: Fieldhouse Cafe
A touch of home in every bite

Billings isn't just a place to go to a convention.  They have streets, houses, stoplights and even restaurants.  In doubt?  Try the Fieldhouse Cafe.  They have pretty much all the buzzwords:  Vegan Friendly, Kid Friendly, Farm-To-Table, Gluten-Free Friendly, Free Wifi and to add to all that it Tapas!  Never been there, but Instagram looks great, better than great: delicious.  From the reviews it sounds like you might need to lease out your kidneys for a few months to eat there, but well worth the kidney time.  Don't forget, they have Chocolate Bacon Waffles.  Yum!
