When my daughter wanted to buy one of those popular 'protein fruit drinks' with a whopping 47 grams of sugar, I literally gasped and said, 'Sugar, you're sweet enough!' 

The white stuff is EVERYWHERE...and it's the most addictive drug ever.  I even mentioned it as one of my 'steer clear' list additives in this week's podcast.  By eating clean, balanced meals and making sure you get enough protein and good fats with slow burning carbohydrates and lots of clear liquids, you can kick the sugar habit buh-bye.
