This Islay Blend is a "teaspoon" of some of our favorite Islay malts. Distilleries use this method to keep independent bottlers from using the term Single Malt.
The first hit in the nose is of a younger rye with butter pickle, spice, and cinnamon. With time in glass notes of the Scotch barrel emerge with smoke and peat spice and light fruit.
