OAFC has been a vital access point in the community for vulnerable populations by connecting those in need with those who can help. We are grateful for the high caliber talent, service partners, and supporting donations to make it all possible. Starting April 1, 2015 our new address will be 205 East Commerce Court, Elkhorn, WI, 53121. In addition to the medical and advocacy services, OAFC has seen the critical need to provide dental, vision, and mental health care for our target population.

How can you be a part of this mission? In particular, we need:
