This weekend we will feature slow roasted Prime Rib of Beef with whipped Yukon Gold potatoes, oven roasted carrots, and a house salad for $21.95.  We have paired Pio Cesare Dolcetto d'Alba 2012 (Italy) with the Beef.  This is an earthy, fleshy wine packed tight with cherry, blackberry, prune and underbrush.  It shows mouth-cleansing acidity coupled with a bright fruit finish.  Enjoy it in Harrigan's for $39.00 by the bottle or $8.00 by the glass.
