Small maintains his Florida Department of Financial Services license for life and health insurance. Small is a Certified Senior Advisor through the Society of Certified Senior Advisors. Adding the title Investment Advisor Representative will allow Small to service an even wider array of retirement needs.  Both he and Arbor Financial are also members in good standing of the Central Florida Better Business Bureau and The National Ethics Association.
