Hello Everyone,
So what is in the making for this week. Can we expect the RV this week?
You might want to read my news letter from 3/21 (LINK) if you have not done so already. It will help to better understand what I am about to tell you today.
Today's News
Today is Tuesday March 24rd and yes there is still no Iraq currency RV but there is some really good, long awaited news. Let me explain.
First I need to make a statement and in doing so I am not bashing anyone. We all play our part in trying to unravel this intel. I have to simply make a statement about the reality of the situation. Once again we heard the RV was going to take place over the weekend and once again we are disappointed. At least maybe you were disappointed, I was not because I know better than to listen to this nonsense about every weekend.

OmegaMan March 24, 2015 My mention of dates and numbers (3-24-2015) was and is purely from a numerological viewpoint. I know it's easy to assume I meant/mean that that is or was my prediction of RV. However, rather, it means that big things are happening to bring us that much closer. I still believe that this is the week...

Tuesday News Summaries and Commentaries
Lots of news out and about today Family....bear with me as we wade through it all.
Tikrit is the roadmap beyond "Daash" and "repudiate" who supported the organization
Tikrit is being cleared or has been cleared of DAASH control...it took a while due largely to the cowardice acts that DAASH left behind to slow the Iraqi forces down...the IED's and such....but much has been done for the city since March 2.....
There are now lists being generated of those within the city who are believed to have been sympathetic to the terrorists....I only pray that justice is served where and only where it might be warranted and that these lists are not being created out of revenge by one political or religious entity against another.....
The Iraqi forces work their way slowly around and through the city dealing with the booby traps left behind by DAASH

We read, we talk, we ponder, we dream...we hope to see progress...and every time we think we see motion in a positive direction, either it is debunked by something new, proven false, or seemingly un-confirmed!
Case in point most recently... Baghdad sends $420 million dollars to Kurds...490 billion dinars...4-5 days later, $250 million dollars is stated...and implied, not even there yet...
For some strange reason, it appears one hand doesn't know what the other is saying or doing...or on purpose, they choose to placate their people, and attempt to misguide the rest of the world...

Frankly JC, I struggle with the notion that the military industrial complex is going to mothball itself, surrender and go home. That's way too neat and tidy and, I would suggest, a fundamental misread of the tendency for military superiority not to disband, but to devise a way of 'falling off the shelf' in a hurry.
Suddenly we see the charade of defensivenesse/deterrence that was the rhetoric used to get so big in the first place. The petrodollar bankrolls the military indstrial complex. We'rein the ues it or lose it phase of American military prowess.

Proposed Consolidation Positive For Banking Sector
VietNamNet Bridge - Viet Nam's central bank's plans to consolidate the country's banking system, and introduce new rules involving ownership structure under Circular 36 are likely to benefit the sector, said Fitch Ratings
However, the agency noted, that the implementation of the rules might prove to be a challenge, while long-term structural problems, such as weak asset quality and low capital buffers, remain.
Consolidation is likely to improve efficiency through better economies of scale, and reduce supervisory burden.
