Right now, the Obama administration is leaking out their plan to use executive authority to legalize millions of illegal immigrants in December, after the elections and the runoff elections. Obama's plan is so unpopular that he can't do it before the elections, or it would cost Democrats up for reelection. So instead, they are leaking it to Latinos through the press to let them know what Obama plans to do after the election. THAT IS OBAMA'S DECEMBER SURPRISE--and he is using it in October!
