AviIT Inc. is delighted to announce that Rotorcraft Services Group (RSG) has selected its eMan solution to simplify the management of its technical library.
eMan will provide a centralized document store and library for all of RSG's technical publications associated with the maintenance and repair of aircraft and components. eMan will be delivered as a managed service by AviIT Inc. from its data centre in St Louis, Missouri. It will provide RSG aircraft maintenance technicians with web-based access to the full range of its documentation from any location across the globe.
"We wanted a system that would provide our technicians with a very robust and straightforward means of accessing all of our technical publications from any site at any time. We also wanted to be able to avoid the need to maintain a large estate of local access devices and to ensure our quality with current FAA conformity", states Mike Gallegos of RSG. "eMan fits the bill perfectly and the range of existing helicopter operators and service centres already using the system provides comfort that AviIT understand the demands of the sector".
Kevin Clark, AviIT Chief Operating Officer welcomes the selection by RSG. "We are delighted that an organization with such a high commitment to delivering a flexible yet high quality service has selected eMan to meet its requirements in the management of technical publications. eMan has been developed to allow our clients to focus on the aircraft maintenance tasks rather than the complexities of managing technical publication. We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship".
