RSG PRODUCTS RECEIVES AS9100C CERTIFICATION


 

After months of hard work by everyone, RSG Products has received AS9100C certification. This certification represents RSG Products' continual commitment to improving the quality of our operations so that we may provide products and services of the highest quality to RSG Products customers. This prestigious certification, 

one that is required by many Tier-1 aerospace companies, was granted after AS9100C auditors intensely evaluated the effectiveness and quality of RSG Products' supply chain management, product traceability, commitment to customer satisfaction, risk management strategies, engineering, and manufacturing operations.

The steps taken to meet this stringent standard have, and will continue to, improve the overall quality of products and streamline our operations. The commitment by all RSG Products employees to utilize this system has made it possible for RSG Products to take the next step in improving the company and places RSG Products in an elite group of companies who demand the highest quality from all facets of their operations.

 

RSG Products is the holder of an FAA PMA authority that designs, manufactures and distributes air conditioning and video camera systems for various helicopter models, as well as Garmin G500H Installation kits. Specialty kitting and PMA approval on STC kits can be obtained through our facility along with our extensive list of capabilities through in-house processes and our expansive approved vendor network. RSG Products' ability to report on Key Performance Indicators help us control on time deliveries and stock the necessary components for great customer support.

AviIT Inc. is delighted to announce that Rotorcraft Services Group (RSG) has selected its eMan solution to simplify the management of its technical library.

eMan will provide a centralized document store and library for all of RSG's technical publications associated with the maintenance and repair of aircraft and components. eMan will be delivered as a managed service by AviIT Inc. from its data centre in St Louis, Missouri. It will provide RSG aircraft maintenance technicians with web-based access to the full range of its documentation from any location across the globe.

We also wanted to be able to avoid the need to maintain a large estate of local access devices and to ensure our quality with current FAA conformity", states Mike Gallegos of RSG. EC135/145 EMS Offerings
RSG has updated it's list of offerings with STC approved EMS solutions for the Airbus EC135 and EC145 (MB-BBK 117) helicopters. STC PMA'd products are available for individual parts sale or can be installed in a full completion or retrofit by our world class completions center.

EC135/145 Patient Loading Systems & Attendant Seating Options
Primary and secondary stretcher options are available as well as replacement parts for existing systems. 
Various attendant seating options can be sold in multiple configurations as approved by the supplemental type certificate. O ptions include: 
  • LHS or RHS Fixed Aft Facing Medical Attendant Seat 
  • Tracking and/or Swiveling Medical Attendant Seats 

The tracking/swiveling seats are approved for forward and aft facing installations. All seat options are crash attenuating and come with four-point inertial restraint system, and optional features such as two-position recline and adjustable backrest.
