YOGA SKILLS FOR DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY
WEDNESDAYS, MAY. 6th- JUN. 10th, 10:00-11:15am

Join us and learn: Specific breathing techniques and yoga postures to balance mood and reduce symptoms. Deep relaxation to restore your nervous system and increase resilience.  How to work with your thoughts and become more mindful.  How and when to use techniques to respond to symptoms and situations as they arise.  (more)
