  • What is the fastest and easiest way to grow profits starting tomorrow.
  • The relationship between prices charged, gross margin and profits.
  • How much profits will go up if you raise prices.
  • How much sales volume you can lose and still break even with a price increase.
  • The unexpected benefit of losing customers because of a new price.
  • How to confidently raise prices where appropriate in your company by understanding price sensitivity, price segmentation and value based pricing.

Attendees will leave clearly understanding the power of price in their business and how to improve pricing without loss of volume. They will walk away with practical, ready-to-implement steps to better manage pricing and eliminating price-related profit leaks.

  

SCORE Chicago Mentor Jerry Folz is a Chair with Vistage International, the world's largest CEO membership organization with 18,000 members in 16 countries. Folz has been involved with small businesses (under $10 million in sales) since receiving his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1984. Jerry currently chairs two monthly Vistage peer to peer advisory boards, totaling 25 small business owners. He impacts those businesses by facilitating monthly meetings, providing coaching and hosting professional development speakers. His clients thus become significantly better leaders of their businesses and their lives.

 

Folz is also the manager of SCORE Chicago's Skokie Public Library branch. He mentors small business clients on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays evenings, monthly
