The city is considering a proposal for a single family house at  11422 SW 27th in the Streamside subdivision which is currently an empty lot. This site is in an environmental zone which requires a land use review. The comment period ends on December 10th. Please come to the ACNA December 9th meeting if you want to hear more about this development or if you have comments on the proposal which you would like ACNA to send to the city.

If you cannot make the meeting, please send questions or suggested comments to Liz Marantz, Arnold Creek Land Use Representative towhee2@easystreet.net.

UNR is seeking all Portland neighborhood associations' endorsement of this resolution. So far, 27 Portland neighborhood associations have endorsed it.
