"Track Vertical All Season"

HOTS/Ski& Ride for a Cure introduces a new fundraising competition:

The Ski & Ride for a Cure vertical tracking event is exactly what it sounds like. Participants register for the event, length of event is now through May 4th, 2015, download the "TRACE SNOW" app from the App Store or Google Play Store and then ride!

This is a season-long vertical tracking event for skiers and boarders. You can ski/board and track vertical anywhere nationwide. The participant(s) with the most vertical attained during the 2014/2015 season will be eligible for prizes. Pure Vertical Competition, where ever you ski/board and the "Trace Snow" is available! That's it!

Funds raised through Ski & Ride For A Cure Vertical support Cancer research, programs, and services provided by the American Cancer Society.

To register:

1) Go to http://hopeontheslopes.net/ski-ride/ and click the "Register Here" icon.

2) Download the "TRACE SNOW" app from Google Play or Apple App Store.

3) Go to http://snow.traceup.com and register for your free Trace account.

4) Join the Ski & Ride for a Cure group by searching via the Trace website or click the following: http://snow.traceup.com/groups/ski-ride-for-a-cure All joined requests must be approved by an admin. This ensures that only paid participants can compete for our top vertical winners. *Please allow 24 hours for approval.

5) Once approved, HIT THE SLOPES!

Welcome Crystal Mountain!

Crystal Mountain is an alpine ski area in the western United States, in the Cascade Range of Washington, southeast of Seattle. Located in the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, Crystal is the largest ski resort in the state and is readily accessible from the Seattle-Tacoma

metropolitan area through Enumclaw via Highway 410. It is primarily a day-use area, with nine chairlifts, various dining locations, and multiple hotels. Crystal is home to the Mt. Rainier Gondola; installed in 2010, it provides year-round access to the resort's summit and is the state's only high-speed gondola.
