When you refer a friend, family member, neighbor, co-worker, etc and they take the Free Intro Class, you will automatically receive $5 to be used toward any Body Lab purchase. Exciting? Yes! But there's more: If they sign up for a 20 or 50 pack, or one of our monthly memberships, you will ALSO receive $20 credit on your next purchase!  This is our way of thanking you for spreading the word about our amazing workout.

Now here is how it works: When you refer someone, please make sure they write your name on the WAIVER they sign upon check-in. We will then create the relationship in your account and you will receive 5 Reward Points (1 Reward Point = $1). Reward Points can be used towards any purchase. If the person you refer signs up for a membership or session pack, please send us an email and we will credit your next purchase by $20. As you can imagine, this can add up quickly. Should you have any questions, please just let us know!

As a courtesy to your fellow students and your trainers, we request that you refrain from talking during class...moaning, grunting, and heavy breathing is always encouraged though! Also, we ask that you please wait to get on the Megaformer until the prior class is completed, it can be very distracting to the students taking the class...your cooperation is appreciated.

All auto-pay memberships (3 month, etc) are also auto-renewing. So, that means that when your 3 months end, it will always automatically renew your membership for the following 3 months.  To discontinue the membership, please email us at least 5 days before the renewal date.

Lost & Found - Please check out the lost and found located in the baskets in the back of the studio for any missing items. We will be donating all items at the end of each month.
