| In an effort to help you prepare for the 2015-2016 school sports season, Brownsburg Athletics has partnered with IU Health to provide quality, low cost pre-participation physical exams. Once again this year an opportunity to select a preferred arrival time will be offered. NO WALK-INS WILL BE ACCEPTED. IMPORTANT FACTS Who - All middle school & high school athletes Where - Brownsburg High School Varsity Fieldhouse-Door No. 14 When - Monday, April 6th Cost - $30.00 - Payable via credit card online or cash Arrival Time -- There are two ways to register for an arrival time. NO WALK-INS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
- Online and pre-pay via credit card
- In person in the high school athletic office.
- Hours 9am - 3pm
- Cash will be the only form of payment accepted with in-person registration
Please print, fill out and bring the IHSAA physical form with you to the physical.
